If a defect covered by this warranty is found, Welldone Forged will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the wheel. The customer is responsible for shipping charges that may occur.

To make a warranty claim, the customer must return the wheel(s) to Welldone Forged along with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. Welldone Forged will not be responsible for any loss or damage in transit. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of their damaged wheel(s) back to Welldone Forged.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for any defect in Welldone Forged wheels. Welldone Forged makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Welldone Forged shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or commercial loss, whether or not caused by Welldone Forged’s negligence.
