Thank you for choosing AlibabaWheels. All our wheels are custom-made based on the vehicle information you provide and your selected options.

1. Pre-Order Consultation

Before uploading your vehicle info and selecting wheels, we provide technical support including:

• Wheel fitment guidance
• Size and offset (ET) recommendations
• Brake clearance checks
• Finish and color customization advice

Customers are responsible for ensuring all information is accurate. Placing an order constitutes confirmation that all selections are correct.

2. Production & Customization

All orders are produced based on the submitted information. Once placed, orders enter production immediately. Vehicle info, wheel model, size, or finish cannot be changed during production. Custom wheels cannot be returned or refunded for non-quality issues.

Estimated production time: 15–20 business days, depending on complexity.

3. Production Process & Quality Assurance

Each wheel undergoes strict quality control, including:

• Material inspection
• Structural strength testing
• Finish and coating inspection
• Final verification of bolt pattern, center bore, offset, and other specs

All wheels meet our manufacturing and quality standards before shipment.

4. After-Sales Support

If any issues occur after receiving your wheels:

• For shipping damage, contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos
• We will assist with freight claims or provide technical guidance

Custom wheels cannot be returned or refunded for non-quality issues.

We provide long-term technical support, including:

• Installation guidance
• Fitment questions
• Wheel care tips
• Maintenance recommendations
