All wheels are custom-made based on the specifications provided by the customer, including but not limited to size, PCD (bolt pattern), offset (ET), hub bore, and finish. Please review and confirm all fitment details carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Each wheel is made to order. The estimated production time is 15–20 days, depending on design complexity and manufacturing requirements.
The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is approximately 20–40 days. This timeframe includes production, quality inspection, and international shipping. Actual delivery time may vary due to destination, customs clearance, and logistics conditions.
As all wheels are custom-manufactured, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started. Please ensure all specifications are correct before submitting your order.
We guarantee structural integrity and manufacturing workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, incorrect fitment selection, accidents, road conditions, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Custom-made wheels are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed. All return or warranty claims must include clear photos or videos for evaluation.
Import taxes, customs duties, and related fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.
